Barbara and I met Catherine and David at a beautiful farm just north of Dawsonville, Georgia. Catherine is a serious equestrian and the location was a perfect fit. David is an active duty soldier and a member of the elite 75th Infantry Ranger Regiment.

Catherine and David are a very attractive couple and we enjoyed our time together. This is a great young couple, they are very well matched. They are so fun loving and their laughter is so infectious. We see such a bright and happy future for them both and wish them the very best.

We'll be there in December for their wedding and can't wait to see Catherine in her wedding gown and David in his dress blues. What a gorgeous couple and we are so honored to be their wedding photographers. We just love them to pieces, spend five minutes with them and you would too.

Waypoint Center is a christian organization that assists men recovering from alcohol and drug addiction. Their program is very effective and their devotion to helping men return to healthy and productive lives is well known and well-respected in our community. When Elizabeth and Nick approached me about participating I was 'all in' immediately; I cannot imagine a more deserving organization and it was truly my honor and privilege to participate in something so rewarding.

The 'Shooting for Change' annual shooting competition is the brainchild of Waypoint Center, the event's organizer. With the help of their generous sponsors, the enthusiastic participants and the event's venue, Etowah Valley Sporting Clays, they throw one heck of a charity event. I think everyone walked away touched, inspired and smiling. It was a great day indeed.

When Jackie called me to shoot another family portrait session I was ecstatic. Her and Mike are such nice people and since our last session the arrival of their second child ensured this would be an amazing session. We met at Floyd Wimpy's property and shot around the pond, the man made waterfall and the rustic and antique farming implements. We had a blast and so did Suches a neighbor's dog that entertained us and exasperated us simultaneously.

Barbara helped me with lighting, we kept it minimalistic. Although I could tell at the end of the day the boys were going to sleep very well that night, the great images we captured during our session of such a beautiful young family made the effort very worthwhile. I have a ton of great shots that I will be posting, this is my favorite of the entire family, but the shots of the boys together and separately are some of my all time faves.

Olivia and Joe are getting married next year and asked me to create some Save the Date magnets from a brief session we shot a few weeks back. The magnets are available through White House Custom Colour (WHCC) - one of my favorite labs in the country.
